the crowd, remarkable even compared to the rest of the acoustic shows in this wonderful hall. Felt like Jerry & Merle at the Keystone or some other small setting of the sort. Listen to the whole series and somewhere (wish I remembered what night) you'll hear Etta James joining in, what a voice.
All of these Warfield sets are just amazing, RC sets too! This one could be the best? I think I am going to listen to 8/5/70 next. Its too bad the band

Nice bouquet, fruity but not overwhelming, subtle nuances of rainbows with hints of fireworks, caliopes and clowns. Put this in your pipe and smoke it!

I have always loved the Warfield & Radio City shows from 1980 with Heaven Help the Fool instrumental. This SBD recording is about as good as it gets.
